Notes

Easy Sunday run. Hopefully not my last run of the track season, but it might be. Was just planning on going somewhere between 4-6. Went out and just made up a really random loop that ended up being 5.25 miles. Just added an extra .25 back at alliance to make it 5.5. Still feeling a little sore and tired, but can tell there is still pop in the legs. I think just a night of sleep where I don't go to bed at midnight will make me feel much fresher.
