4x1k on the course with 4 min shuffle recovery. Point of the workout is to get used to a faster first mile of every race. I ran in group two like normal. This workout was not too hard. Working with the group helped a lot too. Felt smooth through all of them. Really wanted to do 1 more, but Diemer stopped everyone after 4. We were only a few seconds behind group 1 for most of them. I am really happy to be doing intervals again!
