TNRC. Had my GPS watch going, so it was accurate time and distance. Started pretty chill. Didn't have a mile below 6:20 until mile 5. From there every mile was 5:54-6:00. Only Mark, Nate and I did 10 mile money. We were talking comfortably the whole time we were going sub-6. It was super nice to have this after 92nd street. I felt good and it was a nice cruise run with the boys. My left IT didn't bug me which was nice too. Lifting before, abs after.
