Notes

2 mile at threshold effort to start. Did another workout this morning. This one was a 2 mile tempo on the track followed by 6xKeech Hill. The track still had some ice all around the top curve so that was all in lanes 2 & 3. Added on some extra distance. Didn't really care about splits, just effort. I know the 2nd mile was roughly 10 seconds faster than the 1st.
