Long run for the week. Up at Higgins Lake for Labor Day weekend. Cloudy and some rain showers at the beginning. Sun peaked out on the way back. Just an out and back on the road around the lake. Distance is from GPS watch. Out in 61:00, back in 57:20. Was cruising 6:10-6:20 most of the final 6 miles. Felt strong. Had some rollers in the middle but for the most part, the road is flat. Took 3 GUs, one every 5 miles.
