Notes

6x200 reps with 100 walk/400 shuffle recovery at Cantore. The grass was super long and made a 1-2 sec difference. Even with that i still hit all the 200s between 30-32 feeling very relaxed. Hopefully these do make a difference come track, we just wanted to introduce them today, nothing crazy.
