Notes

2x400 reps with 100 walk/300 shuffle recovery then 6x300 with 100 walk/400 shuffle recovery. Perfectly paced workout today. First two 400s were 64, then 63 then the first 3 300s were 47, 47, 47. I told Alekh on our drink 47s were too easy and we should pick it up. We then hit 45, 45, 45. These all felt awesome. Nice, controlled, and relaxed. Good day in the office!
