Conference. I don't know time or distance of the course excatly so these are pretty close guesses. I felt about 85-90% today, but I was not determined to let my cold get to me. I took our pack out right next to Alekh and Bushelle because of the bottle neck and up the hill. St. Charles North took all 7 first up the hill but they all died at the top. I was feeling ok and just said stay in the pack/keep them close. I basically saved Whaley because he panicked at 1.25, but I kept him under control. Eventually around 2.25, or the last hill, my body was caving, I was losing form and foaming at the mouth. I was pissed I got passed by like 3 guys at the end, but I finished around 15th and 6th for Neuqua. Im not mad about this though. I believe I ran and helped the team to the best of my ability today. Hopefully I continue to feel better and will be back to where I normally im in the next two weeks. Im in good shape, and I know once im over this cold it will show. Bushelle told me that he knows im ready to pop one. We ran great as a team, and if the open guys are an indication of what's to come, im very excited!!
