Long run with the crew (Addison, Pettinga, Lauren and Boelens). Just an out and back down the Border-2-Border trail out to the Botanical Gardens. Very lovely day. Sunny and barely any wind. Felt good. We turned around at 6 because Pettinga and Lauren were doing 12. Covered the 12 miles in 79:36 (40:16-39:20). Most miles were 6:30-6:40 with one 6:17 around Gallup Park. Added on an extra bit with Addison to get to 13 (went a little over). Nice run.
