Another nice trail long run out at Egypt Valley. Loops were 59:04 and 57:46. We used the first loop to get our legs moving after Tower Hill yesterday and were just on cruise control the 2nd loop. It was just Ferguson, Haagsma, Sarah, McKee, and I. Nice run and the weather is much nicer today!
