6x400 at 5k pace w/400 jog recovery. Just a little opener for the people running on Friday. I was looking to be very honest with myself this week and try to run actual 5k pace. I was looking to hit between 74.5-75.5 and was ok with some 76s if it was at the beginning. I decided to run with McKee, Bolenens, Landon, etc. Beside from that 2nd one, the workout was fine and very easy.
