Medium long run. Did 7 outside with Philly. His hip was bugging him on the snow so we went pretty slow. Ran the indoor track. He pulled off after a mile and ran about 15 minutes with Emma talking about science. Philly and I then ran back to alliance. Felt good but we were moving so slow it should have felt good
