Notes

Fartlek on the bike path. It went 5-2-4-2-3-2-2 w/2 minutes in between everything. This also includes the warm up and cool down. Workout was solid. Could have kept up with Rylaarsdam, Jamo and Addison, but Caleb was hurting. I went back to keep him focused in the workout and make sure it didn't turn into a death march. We switched off leads each interval and I went faster when I had to. Felt in control the whole time and just got in a solid effort without overdoing it.
