3x(800, 200 jog, 200) w/400 jog in between sets. Was with Brett, Grinch, and Andre. We had to settle into our rhythm on each one, but I thought we went the right pace. The 200s were harder than I expected them to be, which shows I need to get my speed back. I think the second 200 hurt me on the last 800 because I overextended. The workout was consistent though and my legs felt tired from yesterday's run. Just need to keep putting in the work, the speed will come back.
