5x1k on the course today with 4 minute shuffle jog recovery. I needed a good workout to get a confidence boost and I had a good one. We ran all of them from 5k to 4k on the course. That kilometer has two tight turns, so it's a slightly slower kilometer. Probably would have been a little quicker had we gone from 1k to 2k, but still a solid workout. All of them felt smooth and controlled. Good day!
