Notes

Cruise 1200s on the track this morning. Original goal was to do 6-8 depending on how my legs felt. 200 jog recovery in between each. Started the first one under control and then got into the swing of them. Had to take a quick poop break after number 5 which added about an extra minute of rest. The last one felt amazing. I didn't feel like I picked it up 10 seconds. I just felt very in control. Decided that I would end the workout on a high note and finished at 7. Legs didn't feel that bad. Hamstrings were still a bit tight but I never felt like I went above 80% in this workout. There was a little bit of a headwind on the back stretch but I have battled much worse at Ferry.
