4x400!!!! Most fun I have ever had on a relay. Alekh led us off good around a 58-59 split. Drew ran a 60, and it was off to steven. Steven faught prescher, but ran a 64. I went to catch coffel and at one point realized I was, but the last 40 meters the latic acid just tanked my legs. This proved to me how aerobic I am that I could run back-to-back 65s on this track, but only muster 1 60 400. Glad I did this "speed workout". No time for a cool down after.
