Notes

Recovery run. This is everything before and after the barefoot. I realized I haven't taken a day off in awhile but I feel my training has gone really well recently and I don't want to lose momentum. So I just took today really easy and a little bit shorter. Only thing that bugged me was a blister on my pinky toe.
