Notes

Same workout as last week. 1:45:00 with 9 hills with 10 minutes in between each hill+13 minute cool down. Taylor joined me, which was nice because it made me get used to a faster recovery pace and he still has strength to get up the hill at a good pace, so it pushed me a little harder. He did 7 hills total and hit his last two in 53 and 52 seconds, so he had a nice finish to the workout. As for me, I felt pretty good, My legs were a little tired from the faster recoveries, but it was a good new stress I am going to have to get used to in college. Me and him both had to stop at the bathroom with some poop problems, but other then that the workout went fine. Probably the fastest average I have run up all 9 hills this year. My last two hills were 56 and 55 seconds, so a nice finish. Good workout and a solid week of training finally!!
