I have been off for a full week now, so I am allowed to cross train for my 2nd week off. Well the Bears game got delayed by the weather, I went on the bike. I did a 5 minute warm up on level 5, then every 5 minutes I went up one level. Then from the 2:45-2:30 mark of each 5 minute interval I did a 15 second surge just to break things up. I then did a 10 minute cool down and did 11 minute abs and called it a day. I got my heart rate up to 175 on the level 11 surge, so I worked pretty good. Good day!
