We turned around and immediatly began to pick it up. This group emerged of Ferg, ant, matt h., ben, steven, me, xander, john s. and drew s, and mark. We were hauling and when i occosionly looked at my watch the pace i saw was between 5:38-5:40 and when i plugged it in to upload the data it confimed what i saw. It was beyond m-pace and it was getting into tempo/threshold pace. I just stayed right with matt h, and finished strong. I was tired, but not completely dead at all, but today i will say was faster then a m-pace. I made 2 comments just saying we were going quick and matt h. agreed, but ben for some reason just yelled at me. Not sure why. Hirsh and Alekh went a extra mile i heard they went about the same pace coming back that we did. I was impressed by John S. and Drew. Even though they dropped a little at the end, they were there for the whole way back and at this pace thats pretty good. Also Mark is just a TANK!!! Ran in my flats.
