Workout was 4 Duchess hill, 1 mile brisk back to Calvin, 4x400 on the track. Started with 4 Duchess hills. Bolenes, Jamo, Plantinga, and I went like 51-52-50-51 for our hills which is pretty solid. We were just a bit off the front group. Hills were the right pace. Hard, but I was definitely in control going up them.
