Long run. Did a variation of the lollipop loop with Jordan, Ethan, and Philipose. Way out felt really nice as we went out with the wind. Once I warmed up and my hamstrings loosened up, I felt pretty good. It did start sucking the last couple miles though as they were directly into the wind. We had a good progression. Started out around 6:50 then a few miles at 6:40, few at 6:30, few at 6:20 and then the last two miles were right around 6:15. Solid long run! GPS watch.
