M-pace. Fianlly a good m-pace. The first mile was 5:55 and it felt easy, and it just kept getting faster from there. Eventually the big group split off and it was only me and Geoffery. Geoffery dropped at 3.5, but still ran a great workout. I just kept pushing it. I didnt feel all that much different from past m-pace, but the main difference was i was able to get my stride out today. My legs were not super tight. Very happy with this and now very excited for that 2 mile this saturday. Hoping for big things after this workout. Miles were 5:55-11:40 (5:45)-20:05 at 3.5 (8:25 for 1.5 (5:37 pace))-5:35 last mile
