Easy run. Did 14:00 (2 miles) by myself in Knoch Knolls before Ferg and Joel showed up. Then we went down the Whalon lake path. Joel turned around at 3 miles out then Ferg and I went around most of Whlaon Lake before turning around. I mapped the way out to be 4.05 in 27:55. The way back was into the wind, so that was pretty chilly. We came back in 25:40 to finish the 8 in 53:35. My legs felt better than yesterday, but I was still pretty congested, so breathing still sucked.
