Notes

Cool down. I just wanted to make it 40 minutes of cooling down total, so if you add this to the jog back from to our shoes it's 40 minutes. Just ran around the course and back. Did a light lifting session afterwards. My left hip/groin area got tight during lifting, so hopefully there is not problems there.
