GCN 55 minute FTP workout. 6 minute warm up then 2x20 minute blocks. Blocks broken up at 4x(1 minute at FTP, 4 minutes just below FTP). 5 minute break in between blocks. 5 minute cool down. Estimated my FTP to be about 220-230 W so rolled with that. Kept portions just below FTP at 190 W. RPM around 85-90. Not as tough as Tuesday but my butt was killing by the end.
