Notes

4x400 at 5k pace w/400 jog recovery. Just prepping for Hillsdale,so a very easy workout. We did these on Aquinas's indoor track because the weather was nasty outside. We probably could have done this outside, but whatever. Ran these with Schaap and Auckerman. Honestly it felt like I was jogging through these. We were aiming for 74-75, but honestly 73s just felt right. Now I am realistic and don't think I can run 15:10, but I am positive I can run 15:30 and this little tune up gave me the confidence that I can do that.

Knee felt fine through this. It was about the same tightness as yesterday.
