Turkey Trot. I decided to do a tempo and hit my pace perfectly. From the start i felt pretty good, but the wind was awful and i couldnt feel my arms. RJ decided to run with me. First mile was 5:29, spot on the pace i wanted to go. We came through 2 mile in 11:03 so 5:34 and David Groeber joined are group. We joked a little and started to pick it up into the finish. On Oswego Tout joined us and we had a good group. We all finished together and had 17:03 on my watch so 6:00 for the last 1.12 so 5:22 pace so we closed pretty good. This was a good tempo, i hit the pace i wanted to go spot on and i had a fun group to run with. Good start to Thanksgiving. I ran 18 secs slower then last year but finished one place higher LOLZ.
