Notes

A solid m-pace today. It was just Whaley, Horn, and I in group 1 because everyone else is sick or injuried. The first mile of this sucked. It was into a 10-15 mph headwind and i felt pretty crappy. Eventually we started switching leads and once we got a little past the mile i started to feel much better. Mike and I turned around at 11:39 (so a little slower than last week, but i feel it was near the same given the wind and temperature difference). The way back is how i feel we should run this workout every week. Mike and I just gradually picked it up the whole way back. Our last half mile (if timed correctly) was 5:10-5:15 pace and our last mile was around 5:20. We came back in 11:11, but that last mile felt really good, relaxed and strong. I felt much stronger aerobically than last week. Good sign that were starting to round back into shape!
