Notes

Led zepplin hills with a walk/jossle inbetween each hill. Honestly I felt like crap on these. After the first one my legs felt heavy, but I was going to do this workout no matter what. Stayed in or close to my group the whole time. Ate crap on 2 of them but I was going to finish. I just kept charging up because I know hills arnt my strong suit and I need to get better at them. We always kept going up fast at the start and slowed down at the top. For the last one (9 for me, 1 more then last year) Steven k. and I started slower and gradually got faster. We were really working together and Steven gave a memorable quote to Stowers about excuses. We caught the back of our group. Everyone cheering at the top really helped too. I actually felt very proud of this workout because I felt like crap on my weakest type of workout and still gutted out 9 close to or in my group. Brenden and Drew S. had good days so did Alekh. I have noticed though how much less sleep affects me because we have onky gotten 7 or less each night of the trip and I am a little sick.
