Notes
Very easy Sunday run. Went and ran around the course for the first time in awhile. It was dry for the most part, a few wet spots. Weather was on the cold side as it was 25, felt like 15. The sun was shining though, so that made it feel a bit warmer. Noticeable wind. Didn't feel all that bad, but really wanted to focus on and make sure I got my recovery.
