Notes

8x300 reps with 100 walk/400 shuffle jog recovery. Joined the guys three in. Ran them all between 45-47 (mostly 46-47 as only 1 was 45). Relaxed on all them except 7 were I went out to hard in the windy stretch and tightness up a little in the last 50. Other then that happy with the workout.
