Notes

Recovery/distance run. Probably won't have much time this weekend to get a true long run so tried to get as much volume in as I could this week so far. 42 in 5 is pretty solid I would say. Hopefully can get to 55 on the week. Took me about 2-2.5 miles to warm up this morning and get moving. Body was pretty tired from not sleeping super well.
