Notes

Distance run. Knee felt good for the first 3 miles than I felt some tightness as I was going up and down hills between miles 4 and 5. Then it felt pretty good the rest of the run. Started out pretty slow to wake up but worked really nicely into the run and felt good by the end. Mapped it out for distance.
