M-pace part of the run. First loop was a little slow to get us back warmed up again and then the workout started. This felt really easy for me and i was tempted to run with group 1 for the tempo unitl Steen called me back. In hindsight that was probably a good idea. I noticed a lot peoples breathing were harder then normal for the paces we were going.
Edit: we cut a little part of the loop off so the .03 extra each loop didnt come into play today.
