Going out and back this run felt very nice and controlled. We did this run at blackwell and it felt hot on the trails, but it wasent draining anyone. Me, Rahul, Schuster, Alex, and Riley stopped for just a little bit because some people had to go to the bathroom before the pick-up. We started and from the begining i felt really good. I had to surge a little bit though to real alex back in, but that didnt kill me. As we were coming back alex fell about 50 meters back of me because he said he was just having some mental laps, but he still ran about a 11:50 and im pretty sure he could be right next to me. Rahul and Schuster came in at about 12:00. Schuster said he wasent feeling very good. I felt fantastic and when i finished i was barely winded, so i think its time i try maybe a 5:45 pace for the tempos to see how i hold up. But 5:50 is a good tempo pace for me. Varsity and Alekh said they went between 5:35 and 5:40 pace.
