Hill tempo workout today. We did this odd loop near Manhattan park where we ran up the big hill, turned around, then ran up another winding hill, turned around and came back to the start and repeat. I knew coming in that this was going to be rough with my cold and boy, it was rough. I felt like I was only getting in about 60% of the air I normally get in, my nose was so congested. Stayed with or near Jack the whole workout, but it was rough. Called it at 20 minutes, I didn't need to go more. I hate being sick, but I just have to put this one behind me knowing that this was caused because I was sick. Diemer said I kept it under control well and was not killing myself, so I guess that's a positive. I mapped the loop to be 1.48 and the first stretch to be .61, so 1.48x2+.61 gets 3.57.
