Easy distance run today. I was by myself because I wanted to get my run done before I went to watch our guys at Aquinas. Did 8 mile money and added on back at school to get 60:00 total. Felt pretty good. Could still tell my legs and calves are not fully recovered from the 10k, but still have freshness in them. I had to poop when I got back to school, so the only part of this run that kind of sucked was right after that. I was tight, out of rhythm, and starting to chafe. Other then that last 1.5, the run felt effortless. I had my GPS watch on this. Weather was perfect for running.
