Longer run for the week. Up at Higgins Lake for the weekend. Ran most of the this in the trails in the state park. Went out 41 minutes and came back in 39:16. Last mile was 6:16. I added a on a little extra because I wanted to get in at least 82 minutes. Felt pretty good. A little tired at first but got more woken up as I went on.
