Cruise 1200s. Honeslty looking back on it everything that could have gone wrong to cause a bad workout happened. My legs got killed from swimming with flippers in gym, i forgot my bannana snack,my left calf is still sore causing more heel striking in my stride on my left leg and my allergies were bad causing me to have a tough time breathing. It was tough, but i was really going for more mental after i felt like crap from the start. Honestly i think i was due for a bad workout after having a streak of great workouts. These days happen and there is no need to get down about it. Just continue to work and i will get better. On a positive note i was able to stick up for 7 of these for feeling like crap. Many people had a good day!!! I was really impressd by the team.
