3200 at the tryout meet. I told Bushelle and Whaley i would lead. I took our first quarter in 66, then the first mile in 4:55. Whaley took the lead from there and about a 2 sec gap formed between Bushie, Whaley and I. That gap just stayed like that for 6 laps. I could just not get back up to them, but was running the same pace. I eventually kicked home to get 1 sec behind Whaley as Bushie had pulled away for a 9:50. My legs felt like crap on this which i attribute to my sleep pattern being funky for the last couple of days. I just felt tired and my legs were very lathargic. Cardio wise it felt solid and i feel like i had my legs felt better i would have been around 9:45-9:50 which was my original goal. It's the first race and i know i can defiantly run faster. Happy i broke 10, that took long enough lolz.
