Notes

Well i realized with my cold/allergies and being tired swimming would not have been good today no matter how hard or easy i went. So i hoped on the bike just to get some easy cross training in. Went a little harder then my friday warm up yoga rides but still was not anything blazing fast. For more clarification on that on my friday rides my heart only goess 100-105 bpms well today it was 120-122 bpms. Choose a good route and it was humid out. Surprised when i went on the commisoners loop that a lof of people were running at this time, I would have gone early today if I was a rec. runner with how humid it was out.
