Notes
The run going out and back felt comfortable. The pick up started and the first mile was paced by nick and alekh and alekh's random surges. Then i took the lead for the 2nd mile. We all could tell we were really moving. The last 200 meters before we were done my stomach became upset for some reason, but i gutted it out. I thought we were hauling, but then the seniors and juniors came in and they were at least going 10 seconds faster then us. I felt fine and not overworked and alekh,nick,and alex all said the same thing. Good sign for the season!
