5x600, 1 minute jog, 35 second surge, 4 minute jog inbetween set on the course today. Overall I really liked this workout. I felt our pack really worked well together. The 600s were 1:50, 1:50, 1:47, 1:50, 1:44, each 35 second surge was a little over 200 meters. I think I added the distance and time up correctly. A solid day!
