4x400. Me and Sampson had to fill in for injuried people. I was told i was anchor. Saul came and told us we had to win or get second for a chance for fresh soph to win as a team. From the start that was out of the question. Sampson had a bad leg, and Dierking went quicker but it didnt get us into the race. I got the baton in 2nd to last and wanted to end my day on a good note. I was moving quick and felt good. Then with about 20 meters left all my days races just hit me. My legs locked up, but it didnt matter because no one was around me. I had the fastest split on the team. This was a new pr for me. We ran 3:50-something. Steen told me this time, Janota had me at a little slower,but not a lot. I can defiantly get this time down if my legs dont lock again. Overall it was an awesome day and i was pleased. It was my best double ever in my best triple ever:).
