Notes

Went and aqua jogged for a bit as I am leaving for Schaap's house right after the workout. Nothing crazy, did 30:30 of easy jogging then 5x20 secs hard, 40 secs easy to simulate strides. Finished up for 37 minutes total. Easy part was weird as my cadence was 170-175 which is faster than usual for me, but my heart rate was 115-120 which is way lower than it normally easy. Is it a sign of something or just proof I am fully recovered from running? The hard bursts at the end did get it up though.
