Longer run for the week. Ran to meet up with Jamo then we headed over to county farm park. Did 2 big loops in there before heading back to do some loops around the Burns Park area. Dropped off Jamo after 45 minutes and did the last 20ish minutes solo around the stadium and Ferry Field. Legs felt good but stomach felt very meh. Jamo and I were going along at a solid pace. I slowed down a bit after he stopped because of my stomach but still clocked a 400 on the track in 1:36. I think a low 6:40 average sounds about right. Weather was nice for running except for the wind.
