Notes
Easy but sad last run on vacation. Went out at 7:10 pace saying good bye to everything. It did end though running up the ski hill and getting an awesome view of lake Michigan. I came back at 7:00 pace so added on at the end for 70 mins. I felt good and rested after yesterdays day off and the weather was awesome.
