Notes

Brisk and strides. Switching the weeks workouts around due to the Sunday and yesterday. Needed today to clear the junk out of my legs so did the Calvin classic, 10 minutes of brisk+6 150s. Brisk was interesting. I did it through Argo with about 4 minutes worth on the trail. Then ran across town to the track and did the 6 150s. Was moving a solid pace but turnover felt really slow. Probably to be expected from marathon training. Considering it was 85 out, got a drink at the indoor track and ran back to house. Legs did feel noticeably better after the brisk and strides so goal accomplished for the day.
